Data marts for business users

Basically, Data mart is the way to give access to relevant data to only specific data in the database. For example, if I am a Human resource manager, I would only be interested in knowing things about the employees, sales person, payroll and I would be least interested in the sales and products data.

Same is true for data mart for CXO's.
